Q: How long can the press on nails last?
A: It depends on which adhesive types you are using. You can refer to the Nail Wiki page for the comparison. Each K&R nail product comes with a set of adhesive tabs, which last around 5-10 days following our how to apply instruction under Nail Wiki page. We suggest the best time to apply a new set of press-on is right before you go to bed, so that there is minimum disruption and enough time for the press-on to stick to your real nails firmly. Make sure you clean and grind your nails properly before you apply the press-on for maximum lasting time.

Q: The product I received is slightly different from what's shown on the website. Is it a quality issue?
A: Since all of our products are hand-drawn by different nail artists, it is normal that they slightly differ from each other. It is impossible to guarantee 100% identical to the display pictures due to such nature of the products.

Q: I want to have a better look at certain products, can I request for more product photos or videos?
A: Absolutely! At K&R Nail, we strive to make our customers satisfied with every purchase. You can contact us via any social media channel in the Contact page or via email, and we will send you the requested information with pleasure.

Q: Can I do housework after I apply the press on nails?
A: Yes, you can do all your housework normally with the press on nails. But we recommend that you do not wet your hands for 3 hours after the initial application if you are using adhesive tabs.

Q: Will the gems get detached easily?
A: We will do a quality check before dispatch any of our products. Under normal usages, they will remain attached without any issue. But in rare occasions, the glue that was used might start losing its adhesiveness. If you find such issue upon receive your products, please contact us immediately for a replacement shipping.

Q: Will the gems get caught in your hairs or clothes?
A: Yes, sometimes the gems will get caught up in your hair or clothes because the nature of their shapes. In general, the round shaped gems will have less of such issue. We provide over 100+ nails for our customers to choose from. Only a few might occur this problem.

Q: Can I grind the press on nails to shorten the length or make them smaller?
A: Yes you can. However, there is a layer of top coat on press on nails. If you grind them, the top coat will be affected, thus shortening the product life. It is strongly recommended to apply a top coat layer on top of the grinded spots to preserve their lifespan.

Q: My nail size is between two sizes, which one should I choose?
A: We recommend to choose the bigger size and you can slightly grind it to fit your nails better. If you choose a smaller size, your nails might feel squeezed after the application.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Currently we do not accept any product return. However if you find there is any quality issue upon receiving the product, please send us a photo within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement shipped to you free of charge.

Q: I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange for the correct one?
A: Yes. You may exchange your product free of charge if you ordered the wrong size. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
