Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept any returns.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchange within 7 days for nail quality and sizing reasons. If due to sizing reasons, nails must be unworn and its original package. Valid receipt or nails in original package needed for any exchange.

Replacement Policy

If stock available, we provide nail replacement for 1/3 of the original price for the whole set. We do not offer single nail replacement at the moment. Valid receipt or nails in original package needed for any replacement.
